The Workflow Blueprint costs $250 USD for one agreed business workflow. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment. A Blueprint is a written planning deliverable, not a working application.
We confirm your workflow, required sanitized inputs and delivery date in writing before requesting payment. Standard turnaround is five business days after payment and complete inputs; your order states the actual date. One consolidated clarification or correction round is included when requested within seven calendar days of delivery.
If both parties approve the standard fixed-scope build for the same workflow, the total service price is $2,500: the paid, unrefunded $250 Blueprint is credited once and $2,250 remains. There is no automatic second charge, subscription or obligation to buy a build. Refunded amounts do not earn credit. The credit is tied to the same customer and workflow, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and does not expire during this offer.
The standard build is one private browser app with the agreed forms, records, basic roles, simple assignment or status workflow, persistent storage, acceptance checks and handoff. The written scope controls. Hosting, ongoing maintenance, support, complex integrations, migration, native mobile apps, regulated or safety-critical work and additional workflows are excluded unless separately agreed and priced. Requirements beyond the standard package require a separate quote before commitment.
You can cancel the Blueprint before delivery for a full refund. If we cannot deliver by the agreed date, you may accept a new date or cancel for a full refund. After delivery, tell us within seven calendar days if an agreed item is missing; we will correct it within an agreed period or refund the Blueprint if we cannot provide that item. We will respond to refund requests within two business days and initiate approved refunds within five business days; your payment provider determines when funds appear. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Provide only materials you are authorized to share. Do not send credentials or sensitive customer records by email. You may use the paid Blueprint to plan your project or engage another builder. App ownership, licenses, deployment, acceptance and support are agreed separately before a build. We do not promise savings, revenue increases, uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome.
Orders placed through a marketplace stay on that marketplace for communication, payment and dispute handling. Its mandatory rules and disclosed buyer fees also apply. Our quoted service prices exclude any fees independently charged by the marketplace.
